RSA QUESTIONS
After confirmation of payment has been made and you receive your username & password from admin (during business hours only) you can access the course at anytime of the night or day at your convenience. If you run into any trouble through the course and need a trainers hand shoot them off an email at the time and they'll attend to your message in business hours the next day. The average will take about 2 hours for the RSA course. But don't rush it, some students take 2 ½ to 3 hours.
Why can't I access the video for the online RSA?
It maybe because of your browser security (Pop-up's)

How come I can't move onto the next quiz? - RSA
You must work through the quizzes in order – starting from viewing the video first...If you get more then 3 wrong in a section then you'll have to contact the college either via phone during business hours or via email outside of business hours.
What happens after I've completed the course? - RSA
Once a trainer has deemed you competent in the RSA course, it can take up to 5-10 working days of your ORIGINAL certificate to be received in the post.

You need to complete your registration into the course before you will be able to see your available courses. PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering a number of people, they must all be registered with diffierent email address as this is their username. What happens if I can't complete the course all in the sitting? - RSA
You have to complete the course in sections. You must complete a complete Quiz before it is saved and marked otherwise it will be marked wrong. You have four different quizzes to complete, so make sue you are fine first to move onto the next quiz at each stage.
What certificate will I receive? Is it OLGR approved? - RSA
QLD ONLY
You will receive a Statement of Attainment from Ignite and an ORIGINAL RSA Training Course Certificate from QLD Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulations (OLGR).
WA ONLY
You will receive a Statement of Attainment from Ignite Education
What happens if I commence the course and things pop up and I don't finish it within the month period.
Give us call or pop us off an email. We know that things can just pop up unexpectly and time can just run out.

How log into the course I'm having trouble
You will recieve an email with your username and password and a link to log in. Click on the link and you will be taken to a page for you to log in. If you have trouble logging in maybe try cutting and pasting your username and password and inserting it that way. If it still doesn't work, try using a different browser window ie Internet Explorer or Firefox (must computers come standard with these) - you will need to cut and paste the URL into a new window
I haven't heard anything from the trainer
Check back in regularly to see if the trainer has marked your results. Sometimes If the trainer has marked your results and you get some wrong you need to just answer the questions you got wrong.

Do I only have to complete the online side or do I have to complete a practical too?
Yes you will need to complete a practical side to the First Aid Course. Once you hav completed your theory based side of the course, please contact the college so we can book you into the practical side which is held off campus at Mudgeeraba. See the course description for more information
