This course is designed for people who wish to enter, or are in, the hospitality industry and need their Responsible Service of Alcohol for employment.
It is now mandatory that all employees hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate which must be issued under the Office of Liquor, Gaming & Regulation approved course. The course will give the participants the knowledge and understanding of relevant Queensland Liquor Laws. Training in identifying problems such as declining service when appropriate, how to minimize confrontation and arguments, understanding your responsibilities and fines. Enabling you to deal with patrons and provide accurate advice and information to customers regarding alcoholic beverages.
