The course will give the participants the knowledge and understanding of relevant Queensland Liquor Laws. Training in identifying problems such as declining service when appropriate, how to minimize confrontation and arguments, understanding your responsibilities and fines. Enabling you to deal with patrons and provide accurate advice and information to customers regarding alcoholic beverages.

Information is presented in a logical process designed to enable gaming venues to provide necessary support to those who are at risk of excessive gambling. It also covers self exclusions and venue initiated exclusions.
