This Mentor & Supervision training will give you the skills and knowledge to manage conflict, resolve complex or escalated complaints and disputes with internal and external customers and colleagues, lead and manage staff, provide on-the-job coaching to colleagues. and monitor the quality of day-to-day work operations.
This course is a Queensland Government initiative under the “Higher Level Skills” to give staff employed in the Hospitality and Tourism industry an opportunity to gain or improve their mentoring and supervisory skills.
