Ignite Education has a refund policy in place, which is fair and equitable. The policy contains guidelines for guaranteeing the refund of fees to students should a course be cancelled or the college closes down. Students notifying the college of withdrawal from their course prior to commencement date qualify for a partial refund. Other than for medical reasons the college will not refund money once the course/unit has commenced. Ignite Education will not be liable for changes in personal circumstances, which lead to withdrawal.

For a cancellation of an RSA or RSG course which you have paid for AND you have given 24 hours’ notice or more you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel on the day then you can have a credit to book in for another time, but no refund is given.

If you have booked in for the Bar & Gaming Course and you have paid in full and you give 48 hours or more notice and cancel you are refunded the paid amount less the $50.00 administration fee. If you give less than 48 hours no refund is given. You can however re-book into another course.
